Immediately following treatment it is possible that small lumps will be seen at the injection sites. This is normal and temporary, they usually disappear after a few hours

There is occasionally some redness or itching at the site of injection. Redness may last for 1-2 days, rarely longer

Swelling and tenderness may be experienced for 2-3 days and bruising may occur which can last 1-10 days. All of these responses are normal and should resolve quickly

Do not touch the injected area for a few hours and avoid make-up for 24 hours

If possible it is recommended to sleep on your back for the first few nights after treatment.

Avoid alcohol and exercise for 24 hours

Avoid sun bathing, sauna, steam room, sunbeds and extreme cold weather until all swelling has gone

Avoid facials, dermaplaning, peels, laser treatments and other facial treatments for a minimum of two weeks after treatments. Use a good SPF of 30 or higher every day.

If you do experience any discomfort use paracetamol and for bruising use arnica cream/gel.
