A Patient's Journey
For first time clients, please get in touch to book either a free virtual assessment or a face to face consultation which has a non-refundable booking fee of £25 redeemable against the cost of a treatment.
You will be sent bespoke questionnaires and consent forms and a request from you for photos of different angles of the area of concern and an explanation of the desired outcome you are hoping to achieve.
Our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will take time to review the information you provide and offer personalised feedback of a suitable treatment plan and cost. If it is deemed that treatment is not suitable we will give a full explanation.
Consultation
If Dermal Fillers are required please book a free virtual consultation to enable us to discuss the procedure in more detail. If Botulinum Toxin is involved you can book a free virtual consultation to discuss the procedure, benefits and any potential risks. If you would like to go ahead with a botulinum toxin procedure you would be required to book a face to face consultation with our practitioner and a prescriber who will review your medical history and ensure the treatment is suitable for you. This has a non-refundable booking fee of £25 which is redeemable against the treatment.
Book The Treatment
Should you wish to go ahead and book your treatment a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the treatment price is required within 72 hours of booking with the balance to be paid on the day of treatment. Please see full Terms and Conditions for details.
Treatment & Aftercare
At your appointment, our friendly practitioner will ensure you are made comfortable and your treatment plan will be discussed again. We will ensure you still consent to the treatment.
Numbing cream will be applied to the area if applicable for around 10-15 minutes before the procedure.
We will draw and landmark the areas to be treated for your safety.
Very small needles will be used to treat the areas for minimal discomfort.
Once completed, you can view and discuss the treatment outcome with us.
Dermal Filler treatment results are instant.
Botulinum Toxin results are visible after 1-2 weeks post treatment. A post Botulinum Toxin review appointment will be made after 2-3 weeks.
Aftercare will be covered in person as well as emailed.
